The C-Card system is a prepaid purchase plan and funds deposited in the account must be
used within the C-Card program.
There is no minimum balance requirement.
The University Center or HSU is not responsible for the use of any lost or stolen card
Unused funds will carry over from semester to semester.
Refunds will only be made at the end of each semester or if you are permanently leaving

If a card has not been used for a 16 month period it will be subject to a maintenance fee
of $20.00 or the balance of the account, whichever is less. This process is performed at
the beginning of every fiscal year.
Balances may not be transferred to other cardholders.
